Yoga SamSiddhi
Absolutely! We recommend you to give it a try and over time you will notice that yoga helps you to become more flexible.
Everybody is different, so never feel the need to practice poses exactly like the teacher: she is only there as a guide (and has been practicing yoga for over 15 years). Listen to your body, don't force yourself and stay within your limits. Also, like any other exercise program, please consult your doctor before beginning to practice yoga.
Welcome to YogaSamSiddhi, your future of a healthy & fit lifestyle. Let's initiate your journey of inner well-being with Step 0.
Step 0: Please refer to the "Basics before starting Yoga?" and "When not to perform Yoga?" in the below questionnaire.
Step 1: Start with the Starter's Yoga course. If you have downloaded this app for specialized courses like "Yoga for weight loss", "Yoga for asthma", etc. we still recommend you to complete the Starter's Yoga course first and then start with your specialized course.
While doing a specialized course follow steps 3-6 till you have been cured or you are feeling significantly better. Later, you can explore Intermediate and Advanced courses.
Step 2: While doing the course, if you are unable to perform certain poses, you can practice the same by selecting a single pose.
Step 3: You can record your pose to see inconsistencies in your pose as compared to the instructor's pose, keep re-doing and improving your posture.
Step 4(optional): Share your progress and high-accuracy single pose videos with loved ones to keep you motivated.
Step 5: Complete the course and repeat the Starter's Yoga course as many times as you want before you gain confidence to progress ahead in your journey.
Step 6: Once you have achieved high accuracy scores you can either start with the Intermediate Yoga course journey or opt for specialized courses like Yoga for weight loss, Yoga for asthma, etc.
We understand that you have been practicing yoga without a long break in continuity for quite some time now. Based on your capability we recommend you can follow below steps:

First, it's really easy to have the phone muted without realizing it, so check the mute switch on the side of the phone. It should be in the off position with no red showing. If in doubt just toggle the switch to double check it's in the right position.
Second, while a class is playing, increase the volume using the buttons on the side of the phone. It's important to do this while the class is playing (rather than before it plays) to make sure the correct audio setting is being adjusted.
